Boxers of the 60's - William (AKA Bill) Cross

I have been trying to find out more information about William Cross. He was a boxer in the 60's in Portland, OR and possibly Seattle, WA. Has anyone heard of him and what he is doing now? I was under the impression that he went to the 1964 olympics but I have been unable to confirm that information.

Yes, I fought in some Golden Glove tournaments that Cross participated in.
Bill changed his name to A Halim Rahsaan and was a member of that
Portland's Knott Street Boxing Club.
