I think adding people you've never met as "friends" is a bit daft. The people on my list, I either know in real life or at least have corresponded with (such as BoxRec types).
So do I, I got rid of Facebook because you're always getting hugged by some random slapper you went to school with and getting poked, and people want to attack your vampire.....it's shite.
On Myspace at least it's a bit more private, you can have videos and songs and it's a bit more personal...

yeah Mrs got me on facebook bout 9months ago...women hey??? so there is box rec group i shall join. Its a good way of putting pictures of face from the posts on here

That's fair enough, if you're going to talk to them or have some kind of interaction with them. I just think it's daft when some people have got reams and reams of bands/sportsmen/actors etc etc on their friends list for no good reason.

I'm Facebook friends with Lennox, Audley and James Degale............ I rejected them a few times, but they were persistent so I eventually accepted them. I suppose they were just looking for new ways of reaching the highs of winning an Olympic gold medal
