Golden Gloves has franchises, not regions. Unless they've changed, they are as follows: Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Colorado/New Mexico, Detroit, Great Plains, Michigan, Mid South,
Milwaukee, Nevada, New England, New Jersey, Sunshine State, Texas, Toledo, Tristate, Upper Mid-West, Washington DC, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas City, Kansas/Oklahoma, Knoxville, New York Metro, New York State, Pennsylvania, Rocky Mountain, California, St. Louis.

Rocky Mountain is made up of Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah. We're hosting the Nationals this year.

I just read that they will be on January 24th & 25th at the Silver Nugget Casino in North Las Vegas. The winners then advance on to the regional GG tournament.
