I wonder if Bob Arum or even Don King would be interested in Ricky. At least those guys can deliver the big fights.

Nige has been there, seen it, done it, and his own career changed dramatically when he left England to train in the states, he had a terrific late surge which really enhanced his status.

Yes, America did do Benn good.
On a different note can you believe he was not in the top ten BN list, especially with some of the names they had on there.

Yeah, if I remember right I think Benn has been saying this kind of thing for a while now. It's a shame he doesn't get on Sky more. They probably don't want him back because he speaks his mind.

It was good to see Benn complus mentos, He's been a bit slurred for the last few years, but I think he seemed quite with it yesterday.

Good on ya Nigel and thank you for your years of wicked entertainment. :TU:

Benn has said a simular think about Audley Harrison on the BBC about a year ago, I don't think he got another invite back.

Benn is possibly my favourite UK fighters I followed his career since his ABA win, (I think against future Pros Johnny Melfah and Rod Douglas).

His fights excited me in a way that hasn't been quite matched since. I was lucky enough to see him fight live a number of times including the first Eubank classic.

His comments on Boxing and Boxers are usually pretty sound, he seems a down to earth guy, what you see is what you get type.
