Heard jamie Moore has turned down a Commonwealth light-middleweight title fight with Ossie Duran.

Is it true anyone?

Wouldn't surprise me. Duran is a dangerman and Moore struggled last time out with a game but limited Ugandan. The Salford southpaw also has a history of hand problems.
