Bored--- Could do with a big event

Post by whicker »

Just as the title says--- I could do with a big boxing show to look forward too! What is actually coming up soon? In the next few months there seems to be a big "not much!"

Is there anything lined up for ITV etc?

On the world scene there are Juan Diaz v JMM and Darchinyan v Arce coming up before the end of Feb.

Not big 'event' fights in their own right but they are certainly worth looking forward to!

They are two very exciting fights cant wait I like diaz and arce. Also this friday the cuban gamboa is fighting and another prospect ive heard about solis dont know much about him but apparently hes worth watching.
These fights should be easy to find on the net.

Hello Everyone,

As a Manchester Boxing fan I am looking forward to the Jamie Moore European title fight on the 6th March 2009 against Italian Piccirrillo. This is a chance for Jamie to prove he is World class and up there with Carl Froch as the 2 premier fighters in the UK to take over from Calzaghe and Hatton and join David Haye.

The Itallian is getting on but has only lost at the top end of World class , a Moore win puts him right up there.

Just waiting on Ticket news , hope I get one !!

Things are shaping up quite nicely, it seems- When I said "Big Event" I really meant a few decent domestic boxing shows. We have Truscott - Simpson next week, then The Stoke Bill, then some decent action throughout Feb and March. Just budgeting which ones to go to.
