Which heavyweight title fight was the most one sided?

I believe that Larry Holmes vs Tex Cobb was so one sided that Howard Cosell refused to do the announcing for one entire round and then quit boxing commentary for good.

Jeffries-Finnegan. Cobb gets automatic points for at least being there.

If I remember correctly, wasn't Tyson vs. Carl "The Truth" Williams the only championship fight where the challenger never landed a punch?

Some do not consider Jeffries-Finnegan a title fight. It certainly was not advertised as such.

I believe Carl the Truth hit Tyson a couple times.

Primo Carnera vs Max Baer pops into my mind Carnera was knocked down eleven times after all.

Muhammed Ali vs Floyd Patterson was not a funny fight to watch because of Alis superiority and him taunting Patterson about it all the time.

Frazier vs Foreman was also a very one sided fight.

Take your pick:

Dempsey-Miske
Liston-Patterson (both)
Ali-London
Holmes-Frazier
Holyfield-Douglas
About half of Louis' defenses

foreman v frazier 1

while patterson was indeed outclassed by ali in the 2nd fight floyd showed that ali was still open to a left hook and caught him several times before the end in this way.
in the first one we all know that floyd had a slipped disc but took the fight anyway and fought through much pain. sure, ali had every advantage possible over floyd but patterson gained respect from me in both duels.

It'd certainly rank within the top few, & may be the leading candidate. Foreman looked terrible with those wide swings, though.

I gotta go with Ali vs Patterson I in 1965...It was so one-sided that I was so terrified by the beating Patterson took.

Second, Foreman vs Frazier I...I felt sorry for Smokin' Joe.

For all but the last 20 seconds Tyson - Bonecrusher was horribly one sided, basically because Smith spent the whole fight holding. Holmes - Rodriguez was another as was Holmes - Ali.

Blin landed some good shots, not near being the most one-sided, and Ali didn't hold the title at the time.

Foreman-Roman or Louis-Paycheck would be my pick.
