Speaking of columnists I've sure I've heard that Ulrika Jonsson writes one for the mirror or something
Ulrika Jonsson writing up on the morals of modern society eh? Who'd have thought it? A woman who could probably give Jenna Jameson a run for her money in the "how many dicks have I had" category, a woman whose had about 3 kids by different fathers
Whatever next?
Nick Griffin writing about the benefits of multiculturalism?

she's a 4x4, 4 kids by 4 different fathers, enough said.

Not to mention the fact she has affairs with married men, and cheated on her husband.
Newspapers are expensive these days. When I was a kid it was hard to see how they made a profit. Obviously it was down to the numbers sold, even the poorest could buy one.

I think advertisements are the bulk of the revenue.
some people on this forum need to get off their high horse , im an avid liverpool fan and have been all my life , i started supporting them around the time of hillsborough disaster , neither do i consider myself thick , common , chav etc yet i do read the sun EVERYDAY , so what . its got the best sport section of all the papers and that effectively decides what i buy , the rest of it usually seems like old news or meaningless in any paper as i have the news on every morning before work etc so will probably already heard about it , if theres anything that catches my attention then maybe ill look for it in the newspaper otherwise i dont care , everyone will only consider something news if its something their interested in, regardless of IQ . what happened with the sun regarding hillsborough was a long time ago and would imagine anyone who had anything to do with it have long left the sun . maybe the fact i grew up in nottingham and hillsborough happpened to be a match between liverpool and forest , maybe that meant i saw things from both perspectives as a kid , maybe that swayed my views permanently , who knows . but certainly cant judge people on what newspaper they read , you can stereotype people in that way , its almost like saying oh this boxer is black so therfor he must be hard as nails , its something you just cant do .

You Sir, are a completely dis-respectful scumbag, and you are most certainly NOT a Liverpool fan.
see what i mean , all you are doing is proving me right . your no different to a racist . you cant judge people like that . the only thing disrespectful is your response

It's not the fact you read that shithouse of a rag, it's your fucking obnoxious and ignorant attitude being a supposed Liverpool fan, towards such a sensitive issue. It's disgusting.
I'm not getting involved in this topic anymore, you're a scumbag i can't be arsed with.
I suggest you do your homework and re think your comments - you can start with the link i have posted previously in this thread.
i know exactly what the situation is / was yet i PERSONALLY have never met a liverpool fan that boycotts the sun outside of liverpool . so no i do not feel im being in the slightest bit ignorant or disrespectful , the only ignorance is blatantly obviously coming from yourself . as you said , you dont wanna discuss it any further , well thats a damn bloody good job cos you are BANG out of order.

I agree with you Damian to a point, i don't know enough about the Hillsborough disaster to comment about that although from what i do know Kelvin McKenzie wrote the article who is a bit of a twat anyway, but i too read the sun just for the sport because its usually a good light hearted read, as you say whatever you read in the paper is YESTERDAYS NEWS anyway so in that respect all the papers are the same tabloid or broadsheet, im a young man who owns my own business but because i read the SUN your a chav or unemployed or as someone said have an IQ the size of your feet what a load of bollocks.
Goz wrote:I don't 'hate' the Sun as such, it just holds no interest for me.
What it deems as news isn't really on my radar nor I would suspect that of anyone with an IQ bigger than their foot size.
Tit what an arsehole comment .
Mark you've just admitted you read The Sun on a regular basis, the only tit on this forum is you.
Get a life mate because you read the Sun doesn't mean you have a low IQ, I would bet good money that i have a higher IQ than most on here but that's a different matter.

Really? What leads you to believe you're smarter than people on here. That's a bit of a strange assumption. I don't give a shite what paper you read frankly, but The Sun is complete bilge, and it is inflammatory, dangerous bilge, it's not even the best newspaper for sport either, the sports writers for the broadsheets, in my opinion, are far better.

Like i said the Sun for sport is a good light hearted read, the broadsheets are probably more in depth in there analysis, but i usually find especially in football no matter what paper reports on a game they are a long way off my assessment of the match. Sorry James i didn't mean to sound like i was saying i was smarter than people on here, but the way some people get on there high horse or think they are better than people because they read a different paper or come from a different area just really annoys me .
