Les Mason

Post by madcake »

Thought I would make a quick thread about Willie's brother to see if anybody knows what he does with himself these days. His BoxRec record is nothing outstanding, and he hasn't fought since 2007. Is he still in the game or over it?

http://www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?hu ... &cat=boxer

What about Willie? Is he still keen to have a pro fight?

I think he made good chaff for a few fights, then had a hard fight with micheal kirby and seems to have given it up

Had a few fights, made a few bucks, found he was better at something else.

A lot of us have done it.

Probably whatever he was doing before he took up boxing. I doubt that it was ever his full time job.

Les actually got an indirect mention a week ago in the news, as it was at Les's birthday bash up at the Cross where the now ex-Bulldog and Bra-Boy: Reni Matua got pissed as a newt, missed training and was sacked by his club.

One hopes that Les is not in training for a return to the big house!

Let's hope he is over that.

Seems Canterbury Bankstown and Pencil Neck Gallop may have over reacted too.
