Sports Network were furious that Setanta made a deal with Hayemaker....

Sports Network do not own a promoters licence, allegedly has the promoters licence and promotes shows for Sports Network.

Therefore, allegedly refuses to work for Sports Network... Sports Network cannot have a show, and therefore nothing can be showcased on Setanta.

That is the SN point of view, and this is what Setanta were suing about. Were, maybe still are.

I still believe Setanta have an iron clad case, and would make more money suing than working with Sports Network again.

Yes you have to congratulate Frank for putting this one together. The way I see it FW has put enough money into Khan and paid him a fortune and now its up to Khan to prove its all been worthwhile. If Khan was to win FW will continue to pay him well and try to get him a shot at the title. If he loses I think, and its only an opinion, FW will end the PPVs and star billing for Khan. You could say if Khan lost, it was to a ring legend after all and theres no shame in losing to Barrera. I dont see it that way at all, Khan says he will be LW champion and if he fails against a smaller man past his best at 35 what chance has he against a true LW World champion. This fight to my mind is all about finding out how good Khan is at true World level with the advantage of being bigger and much younger in his favour before challenging for a title. I think its a fight he must win to get back on top and be worthy of a title shot. I dont think Khan will beat Barrera and I dont see him winning a title either, he just cant take shots no matter how gifted he is as a boxer.
