Adrian -- if giving such type of correctiuons, please include your source -- also, it makes things easier if you put the fighters at issue in the subject line rather than a generic subject heading

Also, for longtime Boxrec editors -- I am not so sure I would automatically use Fight Fax as a decinding source -- I have the new issue and have spotted errors already.

When resolving questions on fights from the past 15 years or so, I use, in order of credibility
1. commission reports where available
2. video of the fight
2. newspaper reports & boxing update/flash same credibility level

and then Ring, FightFax, and other record books -- as a place holder until I get a confirmation from spources listed in 1 or 2 or 3 above.

I do not mean to critisise this web site. I think it is the best boxing web site out there. I visit this web site at least once a day. I love the schedule and results page.

At the moment, I am transfering all my VHS's to DVD. This will take me a couple of years to do. As I am doing it I am watching each and every fight. I like to look at the result on your web site first for recording purposes (time remaining on disk etc).

If I see an error I would like to tell you so that your web site is more accurate. I am not critisising, I am only trying to help.

I am more than willing to give you information on scorecards that I have if you are intersted.

Tapes will give U announced weights, height, reach, etc. U name it.
U have helped already and it’s appreciated.
