I'll be sitting in my lounge room for this card, fantastic news for Australian boxing, and well done to the grange for putting this together.
Much much better than the other main event card on the 11th of feb.
So many fighters testing their ability, i'm just too excited, i even spoke to my wife this morning .

the card looks good, if it stays as is and theres no pullouts and if medley fights somebody decent

but theres 3 fights on there, that would make a better main event imo

I agree, Geales fight is the 4th best fight on the Card IMO.

Four weeks before this card, James Obede Toney is fighting unbeaten Nathan Cleverley in Swindon in England for the Commonwealth Light Heavyweight title. His fight against Geale is at middleweight.

Does this ring any alarm bells?

It does mate. Maybe the fight will be over the Middle weight limit.

Looking over the record of Geales opponent, he has a draw against Randy Griffin, the guy who had a draw with sturm recently.
Cant be too bad a fighter, he's been in with Bute as well.
It will be interesting to see how things turn out with the JOT 2 fights within less than a month, he cant fight within a month if he's Kayoed in England.

i remember this one.....Tszyu, Green, Briggs, St' Clair....oh yeah...even Leija. Not too shabby. O.k. some were not in their primes, but i would pay heaps to see a main event like that here again.

Mohamad Abdulaev W Philip Holiday TKO 4 12
Kostya Tszyu W Jesse James Leija TKO 6 12
Nedal Hussein W Samson Elnino KO 3 8
Gairy St. Clair W Rio Saragih TKO 1 8
Kuvanych Toygonbaev W Alfonso Mosquera TKO 7 8
Danny Green W Brad Mayo TKO 1 8
Paul Briggs W Brad McNeil TKO 1 8

I'm buying it, it's honestly the best card in Australia in a quite some time, and with the young talent and experienced boxers it will be a top bill.
I don't understand some of you sometimes, no decent cards, Top australian fighters need to fight other top australian fighters, and so on and so on.
Just be grateful that a couple of people in the mix are coming on here and having a listen to whats being said about whats needed in Australian boxing, and providing it to the fans.
If people are excited about other cards of the past year, and not this, I'm truly amazed.
