Sean Hughes-Mahyar Monshipour (spoiler)

I didn't even realise this was happening until I checked the results. Anyway, Sean made it to the 8th before being stopped. Without seeing the fight, it's hard to say how it went down, but Monshipour is a very good fighter on his day. No shame in losing to him. Might this be on Eurosport in the future?
Re: Sean Hughes-Mahyar Monshipour (spoiler)
With no disrespect to Sean, it looks like he was brought in as an "opponent".

To be honest he is just really strong come forward fighter, really good chin he cant box for shit but fights on heart. A top world/european 'boxer' would outbox him. My problem last night was i need to have a punch/dig but he definatly is past world level in my opinion.

Re: Sean Hughes-Mahyar Monshipour (spoiler)
Monshipour is probably lining up another World title shot, or possibly he could be looking to face Monroe for the European title?

Re: Sean Hughes-Mahyar Monshipour (spoiler)
That's a cracking performance Sean, to last into the 8th round, and if it was give and take battle, even better yet.
Past his best or not, Monshipour's results speak for themselves, so you should feel very proud of taking him on over in France and making a fight of it for as long as you did
