Sonny Jones Canadian Welterweight

Does anyone have any pictures or other info on Sonny Jones who fought in the 30's - 40's from Canada ?
I am doing research , and would appreciate it . I have a couple of boxing programs , and 1 picture .
Also looking for any family members , actual name is Jordan Coradon Clifford Jones . Born Edmonton , Alberta 1915
KIA France , August 28 , 1944 . Lived in Toronto before he joined the Queens Own Rifles , Canadian Army

Have you got the Ring magazine article on Sonny, he was a very strong and noted fighter.

He fought some of the best only losing on points most times, and I'll tell you, as was the case for many 'globetrotting' fighters they suffered a lot of Hometown Decisions.

Very good fighter from my understanding.

Hello Jim , Yes , you are right about the close hometown decisions . I do not have the ring mag article about Sonny . If you would let me know the date , maybe i can find it somewhere ?. I know he was never quite the same after coming back from Argentina . Is there a chance of you sending me the article? Sonny was a very talented fighter from what i undertand , and should not be forgotten like so many other fighters . Thank you for your response.
