Yes, he should be if boxrec wishes to remain consistent in their policies. Pacquiao is ranked at 140 without ever having competed there, by virtue of his next match being scheduled for that weight. Laleye's last fight (in the first round of the show) was at 200. This seems like a no-brainer to me.

On a side note, I am looking forward to tonight's show. AK and Escalara have legitimate bad blood towards one another.
