What's the exact rule on competing on consecutive days?

I haven't read the rulebook about this,but different people tell me different things on this subject,I'm going to start taking my boxers to compete on shows in the Socal section,so when we go to compete on the weekends,can my fighters box three days in a row?Can they box on a Friday at 7:00pm,then come back at 1:00pm the next day?Is the 24 hour rule in effect?

Part I, Article II 102.1 states: (d) No boxer shall be permitted to participate in any amateur boxing contest conducted or sanctioned by USA Boxing on more than two days in any seven, except in regularly sanctioned tournaments requiring two or more days to complete. No boxer will be allowed to box more than once per calendar day and, in no case, sooner than 12 hours from their previous bout.

We don't have that many Friday night shows - mostly all on Saturday and Sunday. If you come down you can certainly box your athletes on both days; no, you couldn't box them on Friday night, Saturday AND Sunday.

That is true. Friday & Saturday and the following Friday & Saturday would be OK.

Happens all the time. I think if you only box twice on a weekend, and not three times, it works.

I'm referring to local shows, not tournaments. It's definitely against the rules if you box in a tournament and then compete in a local show a week later. But it's not against the rules to compete in two local shows on a weekend.

It is against the rules to compete more than twice in any 7 days with the exception of tournaments. The question was asked if it was OK to box on Saturday and Sunday and then again on Friday and Saturday. The answer is NO. Even omitting the competition on the first Saturday would still violate the rule (Sunday, Friday, Saturday). However Saturday, Friday, Saturday would be OK.

So how does this rule work in combination with a tournament and local shows.Example,say my boxer fights Thursday,Friday and Saturday in a tournament,now can he compete the following Friday in a local show?I'm assuming so if the 7 day rule is in effect,but if he gets eliminated on a Wednesday,he couldn't compete that same weekend twice,say a Friday and Saturday,right?

I'm an attorney so I can make all sorts of arguments about the rule. However, my interpretation is if you box in a tournament and box on a Wednesday only, then you can box once more in a club show prior to the following Wednesday. If you box on Tuesday and Wednesday in a tournament, then you can't box in a club show until the following Wednesday. I view it as the start of the next 7-day cycle.
The more interesting scenario is boxing in a tournament on Tuesday and Wednesday and then a separate tournament on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I would argue that this is OK since the rule states: "No boxer shall be permitted to participate in any amateur boxing contest conducted or sanctioned by USA Boxing on more than two days in any
seven, except in regularly sanctioned tournaments requiring two or more days to complete." Had they said "in a regularly sanctioned tournament", then the argument wouldn't work. However, they used the words "in regularly scheduled tournaments" so the argument is valid.
