Royal Tunbridge Wells my arse. I'm Yorkshire born and bred mate.

As for the Tim post, yes it is a bit of a jest, but i am serious about some of it. He is a solid top ten player. Most of the top ten will never be good enough to win a grand slam, so there's no shame in sitting just outside the elite level. He's good, but not quite good enough.

The problem for me is the stupid and outlandish expectation that goes along with every Wimbledon. Why do people expect him to win the thing when there are 4 or 5 better players every year? His fans should just be realistic about his chances, he has to play his best tennis from the fourth round onwards and hope that guys like Federer and Roddick either have injuries or play badly.

It's the same problem i have with the England team. Cheer them on by all means, but be realistic about the expectations placed on the players. They are not good enough to win against the best on a consistant basis. It's been proved time and time again when they come up short in every major tournament. So why get carried away and say we're going to win it when there are better teams than us competing.

Royal Tunbridge Wells......honestly!!
