No. Haye is a risk-taker, that's half the reasons why he's a popular fighter. He's earned good money, has probably made shrewd investments & so there's no stopping him going for the two big guys now!

I can't possibly reply to everyone, but it was interesting to read all the viewpoints.
I think that Haye will have to take on other opponents this year if the Klitschko fight falls through, but at the moment the patience game is the best ploy, because if it would be madness to announce a fight against another fighter, whilst the outcome of negotiations with Klitschko are still in the air.....
Haye is a very good fighter, but is mainly untested at heavyweight, so his reputation at cruiserweight will only travel so far. He is capable of knocking out anyone in the heavyweight division, but equally, he is very susceptible to getting knocked out by any decent to good heavyweight out there at the moment and this is obviously the main reason why Haye is avoiding are more arduous route to a world title shot.....
If negotiations with Klitschko break down, then Haye will be forced to fight maybe three or four times, before he can become a mandatory challenger to one of the world title belts on offer. If this is the case, it will be interesting to see and will perhaps answer more questions about Haye, than a fight with either Vitali or Wladimir Klitschko......
