Froch vs the son of the guy who was 95% defence vs prime Holyfield and had a disgraceful shadow boxing draw with a timid young Johnny Nelson...awesome!

Fight is on, can't wait for this one. Froch's last fight was thrilling - such a tense, exciting war, haven't enjoyed a fight like that for ages.

In the US it surely must be seen as Taylor's fight? I don't know though - tough to call. I hope Froch's defense isn't his undoing but it may well be.

Great news if it's on. Shows how serious Froch is, that he's willing to go to the other guy's backyard, even when he's champ. Really, this fight should be in Nottingham...surely a sell out.

Froch better not go into this thinking Taylor can't punch seriously hard, because if he's given the target Taylor will do some real damage. Pavlik has an iron chin, and Taylor almost had him out first time round.

I hope this happens. Froch remidns me of Junior in many ways -avoided by a lot of people for a long time.Cracking fight to win the world title.I think he'll be too tough for Taylor and could wind up stopping him, although points is most likely.

Showtime is putting together a pretty decent month of boxing.

March 13th: Bute-Zuniga
April 4th: Bradley-Holt & Andrade-Tsypko
April 18th or 25th: Taylor-Froch

I wouldn't be surprised to see Witter-Alexander on the Taylor-Froch undercard as well

Aren't Showtime (ShoBox?) doing an April 3 with Gamboa and Prescott headlining?

Doubt that will happen. If it had been a Hennessy show, maybe, but Alexander is a King fighter not a DiBella one. It will more likely end up of some huge King show.
