Steeds won't beat Hernandez. Has Aaron Williams pulled out?
Re: steeds takes the fight
why do you think that hernandez hasn.t the best chin and if he.s that good why look for a fight with steeds where he could look badAsterix wrote:Steeds won't beat Hernandez. Has Aaron Williams pulled out?
Re: steeds takes the fight

Steeds won't win. I'm surprised this is even being discussed. No offence to the fella, it's just about levels. Best he can hope for is a creditable showing which leads to more paydays of this sort.

I think the point of this fight is that Hernandez will almost certainly look very good.
Fair play to Steeds though for going to Germany as the opponent against a much more physicallly gifted opponent.

Re: steeds takes the fight
Yep Steeds very limited and did nothing against Norton to suggest he's ever gona get to british belt contention so this is out of his league. Fair play to the lad it's an opportunity on a bigger stage for him to fight, I still thought even at Cruiser Steeds didn't look a bbig guy or big puncher, like he could lose evenb more weight and get down to light heavy.
Re: steeds takes the fight
fair play to steeds for taking the fight, although hes tough, i think that sometimes because he had no amateur career he can seem very limited in his abillities
Re: steeds takes the fight
Fair play to Steeds for taking this job on but Hernandez should have too much. Shame that the Cuban's chin is so crap because he has all the offensive moves in the book and has massive talent but zero punch resistance.

Micky played Norton's game, and did exactly what Norton wanted him to.
I suspect that we will see a more focused, more tactical Steeds this time round.
