I sometimes watch the Manchester Fight Nights, but the dull commentary usually gets to me after about 30 mins, they need to inject a bit of life into it.

They don't even barely talk about the actual fights or shots landed, just ramble on about Manchester scene all through the programme, gets on my nerves a bit, with better commentators this programme could be watchaable, as it is it comes across amateur and boring.

seconds out is like watching paint dry. I know its a manchester show but they go to the same gyms have the same boxers on its so bland. Im not too keen on the presenter barney either.

Last episode was Terry Flanigan, Matt Askin and Karl Place - none have ever been on the show before.

The week before that had Frankie Gavin - never been on the show before.

The week before that have Tony Jeffries - never been on the show before.

Any episode with Michael Gomez is usually good entertainment, especially the one before the Khan fight - I was literally on the floor laughing! http://www.channelm.co.uk/programmes/in ... _out_.html

As for Barney, ya he is a bit of a lick arse and seems to only just want to be their mate - I dont think he has ever asked a "hard" question in any episode.

Don't usually watch it(depends what else is on) but I do remember a christmas special at some local pub where Gomez was off his tits, it also featured John and Joe Murray and Tyson Fury I think.
