Just spotted this. How long has it been there?

Why is Dennis Bakhtov not under allegedly's name or is it just in its early stages?

Warren manages plenty of fighters, but promotes a lot more.

The Managers feature debuted yesterday, July 1. So, yes, it's in its early stage. It will take some time for the Editors to add to the list. Note also: it is active fighters only. And only one manager per boxer can be entered.
