James, I second that. Well done securing this fight in diifcult circumstances. On another note, a couple of people from TV channels PM me updates of upcoming fights, or taped replays, that I add to our TV thread. The more Setanta fights I get on the thread, the more viewers you get.

Wales, can you nudge Stegsie as I've heard nowt about Channel M shows and I think posters would like to know when they're on.

Riddick,
Back off mate.
At least we get to see the fight despite a certain Promotor's intransigence, and at least he's taken the time to update us - unlike said certain Promotor's mushroom approach.
Keep them in the dark, and bury them in shit, that is.

Now we know why Boxingchat was so keen for us to bombared Setanta with comments. "Setanta and Sports Network" come to an agreement

Don't get me wrong, chuffed to bits it is happening, but the reason why it almost didn't grates me. And I thought SN was dead anyway?

So what's this mean? Will Pavlik/Rubio and Cotto/Jennings clash, or will I be able to watch both? No Sky+.

Yep, while part of me was hoping Setanta would tell W and his cronies to get to f***, it's good news they've done the right thing here, in the end.
Not sure who has the less chance here, Jennings or Rubio?
Last time I saw the Mexican he was peacefully asleep inside the 1st round. Though you'd guess he's going to put on a better show here.
Really hope Mike puts on a good show and doesn't get pullverized too early - maybe he should try a fast start and test the Cotto chin, before he warms up. Get some early respect at least. Might be his best and only chance.

they won't clash because they are part of the same ppv in the states......according to Dan Rafael, Cotto and Jennings will take place first. How setanta will handle the undercards will be interesting....there may be clashes there.

They will just show what Top rank ppv is showing in the states as they usually do. Top rank ppv starts at 9pm eastern time over there, 2am over here. So setanta should adjust there time back to 2am start.
