According to boxrec, he was born 1/31/87. So in 2003 Silvers he would have been 15 as of the 1/1/03 date used to determine the age division (14/15). He was 16 on 1/31/03 and 17 years old 1/31/04 and the trials were in Bakersfield from Feb 3-7, 2004 . . . he was 17 years old. He lost to Anthony Peterson (Washington, DC) 14-8 and Miguel Gonzalez (Cleveland, Ohio) 24-15.
