Baby for Lummox

Post by neil r »

Aparently the smug, boring, arrogant one has fathered a junior. Not bad for a guy who I always thought spent a little too long with his mother, if you get my drift.

BABY JOY FOR LENNOX Jul 5 2004

BOXING hero Lennox Lewis was pleased as punch after becoming a dad for the first time over the weekend.

His partner of four years, Violet Chang, gave birth to a baby boy on Saturday night.

The former heavyweight champ and his 26-year-old partner had kept the pregnancy a secret. But yesterday, close friends confirmed the news.

Lennox, 38, quit boxing five months ago and announced plans to marry Violet this year.

I bet his boyfriend is seething!!

Strange thing is that his girlfriend is called violet and so is his mother!!

Great news for Lennox. Well done, son.

People always say his wife and mother having the same christian name is weird. Some say he is obviously a mothers boy. Some say maybe its a pseudonym for him being gay. The most logical explanation -of course- is that its just a coincedence.

Maybe now we're getting a real insight into why Lennox couldn't be arsed to fight Klitschko again.

He's not only got to worry about getting his ageing body in shape, but about the mother of his child during the late stages of pregnancy... and who knows... she may have been having a real tough time. I like to think Lennox thought there's more to life than fighting, he's loaded, boxed since he was a kid, had a fantastic career but now he's got responsibilities to others and it's not all about him anymore. Good luck to him I say.

neil r,

so you just suspect that someone is gay because he is a decent, well mannered, well spoken gentleman?

People like you amuse me.

by all accounts, Lennox has 100million reasons why he doesn't give a damn what anyone thinks

Good luck to him. On my one meeting a thoroughly decent man who deserves a healthy retirement and every penny he has earned the hard way

Ahh! I've figured it out! I know why you have this big problem with me. It's because I can't stick your beloved Scotty Harrison or whatever his name is.

I think he's an overrated load of trash as a fighter and a total dick head of a person and you don't like that because he the savior of Scottish sport and culture.

To be honest Alex Id rate Harrison as being the saviour of Scottish sport and culture about as high as you and Ricky Hatton leading a renaissance of intellect and finery from Manchester

Come on neill, Scotty Harrison is a national hero in Scotland. (If you can call Scotland a nation)

Scotland has had very little success in sport or life in general, so because Harrison has beaten a few bums and washed up has-beens for a crappy WBO title, the Scottish are all dancing in the streets singing songs and getting drunk, because they have had a little bit of success for once.

As for me lacking intellect. Are you talking about me? Are you honestly for real? I am seriously intelligent for a 17 year old. I did well in school and in life in general. I left school at 14 due to certain reasons. And I gained my first professional qualification at that very age, when all of my peers were still practising for their mock GCSE's, so don't say I am not intelligent.

There's your thicko for you....

To be honest, between you your bias against Scott Harrison and Lennox Lewis leads one to say you are both the pot calling the kettle black somewhat. You both have issues with certain fighters...

Personally I just like boxing.....

sorry Alex but if you say things like "(if you call scotland a nation)" you dont give folk much choice mate.

I know you are trying to rile Neil come on mate no need for that.
Lennox was a great champ and one of my heroes, Harrison is a solid improving champ and while not one of my favourite fighters I feel he is doing well for british boxing and who knows how good he may become.

Nothing homophobic or anti scots to say to be honest.

Scotland isn't a nation. It is a region. Great Britain is a nation, Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland are not, they are all regions.

that cannot be right, how can "regions" compete at the world cup football or the commonwealth games for example????

However I think your nationality is British if you are born in Eng, Wal, Scot or NI..... thats what it says on my passport anyway !!!

damn i am confused
