^^^I'd love to see Fury take on this Irish undefeated prospect
Just watched both of Fury's fights on YouTube, and though he would have kayoed that German sooner or later, I dont agree with the referee's stoppage. Zeller was unhurt, and kept telling Fury to bring it on. But, with that, I do see alot of possibilities with Fury. He reminds me in ways of Gerry Cooney, and man, does he have a pulverizing body blow.

Re: Tyson Fury
I like Tyson he's keen and he's got a no nonsense way about him. I think he shouldn't be brought along too quickly though.
Re: Tyson Fury
Watched a clip of him on the pads last night on Buncey's boxing hour, his hooks are way too army, which negate most of the power.
He's a bit of a gobshite Fury, thinks he's better than he is IMO - he may win the biriths title and maybe a European but doubt he'll go all the way.

absolutely no point letting a guy take a beating any further than that.
Tyson has a bit of hype...but hes just a big lug
i would point out that the fat german was wearing a kilt ?????
Re: Tyson Fury
7 fights in 5 years against the weakest oposition you can find, i'd bet my house on Fury having an easy nights workHomicideHenry wrote:http://www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?hu ... &cat=boxer

Re: Tyson Fury
Tyson seems to be a good prspect but - lets face it - he needs some years of years experience and a helluva less hype. He is a funny shape around the waste at present although hard tarining (and a bit less mouth) should resol;ve this (rather obvious) problem. Tell Dad to keep off the screen too - that would be a major plus!
Re: Tyson Fury
I actually don't mind Fury, he has fast hands for a big fella & tries to utilise boxing ability.
Ok he is an odd shape & needs to sit down on his punches more but he is only 20 & will develop in time ........ i know he can come accross as bein full of shit but he is a breath of fresh air in the HW division

Re: Tyson Fury
Impossible to say how far he can go, its far too early. Its his Dad who is a gobshite, not him and its his Dad who wants to rush him.Finch wrote:Watched a clip of him on the pads last night on Buncey's boxing hour, his hooks are way too army, which negate most of the power.

Re: Tyson Fury
Meh, I like Fury, and really whats not to like? He's big, he's of Irish descent, his family history has a colorful past, he hits hard, he talks proud, he seems game and willing. We may finally have found our 'Great Irish White Hope'.
Re: Tyson Fury
Fury fighting a fat blob. Wonder how this'll go.

As expected though, fighting a punchbag.
Re: Tyson Fury
Fury is throing some funny punches. Don't like the switch hitting.
This guy can't even reach Fury's head.

Dunno why Mr Blobby is making a big deal about being pulled out, not like he's gonna win.

Re: Tyson Fury
After all the talk, I can't believe how shit Fury looked tonight. As soon as you get this guy going backwards, it's over. Piss poor technique.
Good result on paper, but Fury's useless.
Re: Tyson Fury
I think the guy was just `putting on a show` with the complaining
Fury didn`t impress me .. looked like a new kid at the gym ... pretending he can box

He's overrated at the moment, just plods and paws the long arms and his punches are just thumps.

Re: Tyson Fury
Listen to the knockers on this thread, take a look at what Mason, Lewis & Bruno were fighting in their 3rd pro fight, the same people on here might quite well be leg humping in 18 months time
