I thought this was for the gals? You bums got to get in the way. Only kidding.![]()
Haven't seen Charley Powell in years. How's he doing? Looks like it was a good event.

Rick... you're right, Frankie, Johnnie Flores and I spented a few days hanging around with Joe Louis, imo Louis was the "Greatest" and not Ali....Rick Farris wrote:kikibalt wrote:

I think the Joe Louis connection is perfect. I know that you and the Brown Bomber spent a little time together in Miami, and that he was one of your favorites. Joe Louis was Johnnie Flores favorite heavyweight champ.

There is an old saying that Ringo was not even the best drummer in The Beatles.dagosd2000 wrote:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dwJAAlXomVk
A hippy once told me Ringo Starr was the greatest drum player of all time. I said I didn't think so. However one of these two might qualify.
A wonderfully deserved honour, Frankie, particularly as we all know you are a great admirer of the legendary Brown Bomber.Randyman wrote:Looking good Frank. It's a well deserved honor.kikibalt wrote:

A lovely moment, almost out of shot, of Frank Jnr applauding his mum. What would any of us 'boys' do without 'em.Randyman wrote:Congrats to Connie from Jeri and I.kikibalt wrote:
