Just over a month to go until the self-styled Greatest Show on Earth. To be fair, Greece must be the place to be at the minute!

Anyway, let's have a few Games related questions.

Which Olympic gold medallist was floored with almost the first punch thrown on his professional debut?

(There might be more than one, not sure! Going purely from the dark recesses of memory...)

Purely guessing (Tillman was floored in his pro debut by Uriah Grant but I think it was the second round), I would say Mark Breland.

Carruth beat George Wilson in his pro debut. Bunny Sterling's son is Alex Sterling, though Bunny did put it about.

Quite a funny story. It was on the undercard of Benn-Wharton (can it be ten years ago...blimey). Carruth was making a much anticipated debut against George Wilson and walked straight on to one - went straight down.

Even then I knew it would be a good trivia question...yes, sad I know!

I have no idea if Hans Nielsen even had a pro fight, he was just the only danish gold medal winner I could remember

I dont know why the guy didnt want to take the the glory but I have an idea of who it is, and he is a well known person so that might be why he didnt want to post it himself.

Only one country has an olympic medal tally of 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bonze despite having competed in almost every olympic games since their modern inception. any ideas what one?

And what was unique about the Boxing tournament in 1904?

The St Louis games in 1904

Britain nearly matched it in the follwong games in London in 1908 winning all the medals with the exception of the sliver middleweight medal which was won by Reginald Barker who was an Aussie
