Isn't Wilders the guy who got badly mashed up by that French bloke, the ref was terrible in that fight, seemed blind to all the elbows the french guy landed, and stopped the fight far too late for my liking.

yes he was I think I remember that fight i was going mad, threw more right elbows than jabs. shocking.

Dale, just watched the fight between you & Booth again recently.

With respect, you didn't look in the best condition stood there in the pre-fight intro. In Hindsight, could you have trained harder perhaps? Thought you could have looked more "cut".

Not questioning your training regime as such, just curious really.

Need to be more serious with what i take in AFTER the weigh in. (fluids) my fitness was good as i think it was a fast pace i set? needed to just take the round instead of trying to take his head off early on! as i proved i was capable of out boxing him. definatly learned alot from that fight :TU:
