146 1/4 was weight of Williams' original opponent, Bobadilla

Because of the huge difference, they substituted Portillo, who weighed closer to 135, but I am not sure the exact weight.

And you also got the weights from Vazquez/Flores backwards.
You shouldn't trust Fight(n)ews.com, that dude makes alot of mistakes..
