How much cash do these boxers make???
like Dean says 10% is normal. However when boxers start earning big money ie Dela Hoya, Lewis, Naz... they usually negotiate a fixed wage...jamesmcdonnell wrote:Thanks Dean.
that was the main reason Naz and Ingle fell out I believe... Ingle wanted his 10% and Naz didnt want to pay him that much.... (probably £200k a fight in the golden years)

When Witter's first fight with Battaglia fell through, then the Board wouldn't let Gavin Down fight due to weight, I understand Michael Hall got £10k for stepping in.
Not bad for a non-title 10 rounder (not that it went that far!). He'd just had a bairn, well his missus had, and it was too good to turn down, even though he had no chance.
