Appalling is a bit harsh :(glittermonkey wrote:Yes, but we've also wasted pages discussing coconuts, giant Iraqi spiders, Dean Phillips' shorts, boxings worst haircuts and Lirva33's appalling betting record. So you shouldn't be all that touched.
As for $eif, at least he was positive about the sport and took the time to try and be pleasant to everyone. I guess they don't make trolls like they used to.

Now I concur the latter 3 topics were quite frivolous, but what have you got against coconuts and giant, erm, Iraqnids? Are you Iraqnophobic?glittermonkey wrote:Yes, but we've also wasted pages discussing coconuts, giant Iraqi spiders, Dean Phillips' shorts, boxings worst haircuts and Lirva33's appalling betting record. Yeah, and if Dean's shorts are shite he has a right to be informed...Eric the Viking wrote:Now I concur the latter 3 topics were quite frivolous, but what have you got against coconuts and giant, erm, Iraqnids? Multiple apologies are in order, i believe.
Sorry Lirva, it's just you always seem to be losing. Just think, all the bad luck you've had has to even itself out eventually. My tip is try to bet on Warren's fighters.
Sorry Mr Robinson, but i reckon Dean already knows some of the shorts he wears are shocking. If only he applied the way he fights to the way he picks his shorts. Bring back Pele Reid, best shorts ever seen in a British ring.
Sorry ETV, believe me when i say, i have nothing against the spider population of Iraq. In fact i'm quite sure Iraq has some of the nicest spiders anywhere in the world. As long as they stay away from me then they'll be just fine. Coconuts, on the other hand........i'll sum up my feelings on that subject via the medium of emoticons:

I agree, my old ones weren't up to much, but the new ones are an improvement you must agree.

cheers bro its a motto ive lived my life fomr to be honest, i know there are better but hey served me well playing rugby, but then i coudl always hide behind the ref!!! (typical scrum half) by the eway Deano do Lllanelli and my team (Bath) still play for th rag doll mate? Used to be great fixture that. Sorry for ignorance but Ive left the west country and its memories (i sued to go every year to this midweek fixture at the rec) far behind but I do still cherish them.

Nope, it was his opponent that cost that much[/quote]Slapsie Maxie wrote:In other shorts trivia, when I went to see Hatton recently, someone told me his shorts cost £800!
Surely not...
Hattons shorts are bloody awful and Michael Gomez shorts are worse. They are illegal in actual fact because they go below the knee.
