Need to be more serious with what i take in AFTER the weigh in. (fluids) my fitness was good as i think it was a fast pace i set? needed to just take the round instead of trying to take his head off early on! as i proved i was capable of out boxing him. definatly learned alot from that fight :TU:

Dale can win the rematch comfortably. It's a question of tactics - having the right gameplan - rather than fitness, IMO.
