Brian Magee has withdrawn from the Dodson fight.
Dodson now faces Quigley for the vacant title.

Good to see the title still stands. Is it an injury?

If it's an injury then why is the fight now for the vacant title?

Current Echo arena bill

Post by whicker »

Can someone please let us know what the current Echo arena bill is?

Dodson Quigley is the main event,

Derry Matthews V that south African,

Is Paul David still on this?

Watson- Gethin?

Curtis Woodhouse was moved to a different bill.

Is this still viable to be held at the Arena now?

this is taken from the hayemaker website

Meanwhile, the HAYEMAKER 6 show from the Echo Arena will go ahead as planned, with the all-Liverpool British title showdown between Tony Dodson and Tony Quigley as headliner.

Supporting Dodson-Quigley will be a lightweight eliminator battle between John Watson and Martin Gethin, a super-featherweight contest between Derry Mathews and Harry Ramogoadi, plus the pro debut of Olympic bronze medallist David Price

so it looks like the bill is the same as before rhodes against small was called off. there seems to be no talk of a new opponent for small so hopefully the clash with rhodes will be re-arranged for as soon as possible especially as the needle between the two was making it a must see fight.

Matthews has moved from a 50-50 fight with Femi to a warm up against Harry.
Curtis Woodhouse has moved bills
English Title fight involving Paul David is off
Small - Rhodes is off
Magee has been replaced by Quigley.

It will, and the Main event will be good.

It will be good to see Price too, and Derry in action.

Its just not nearly as good as it was going to be.

I'm annoyed about this. I was going to travel from London.
Do I have the right to get my money back (if I choose to)?

I rang them, but got an answer phone thing that kept playing tunes. I don't think you do have the right to a refund, though, as it says on the tickets bill may be subject to change.

If they switch the date then you can get a refund.
