He looks a bit too big to me (as ever). I won't pretend to be an expert on training but for my money Heavyweights are just too keen on weight rather than fitness for my money and none of the recognised greats were ever all that big.
Size and strength worked well for Lewis but that's his game anyway. Danny and most others for that matter are far better off aiming to use quickness against the ageing Tyson imo.

What a fight... I can't wait. I hope Danny puts up a fight and dosen't just laze around the ring and wait to be KO'd. I assume Jimmy Mac is out there with him. If so at least he will be fitish.

I thought he looked a bit big in the top one, but hard to tell. I hope he puts up a fight though. Though I know he'd just get whalloped, I'd rather the fight have gone to Sprott because though gentle I like him, he'd somebody I would find him easier to root for.

How heavy was he against Sprott, he was something like 19 and a half stone weren't he?

I thought his last fight with Sprott was bizarre. Fistly the fact that he came in so heavy and secondly the way he chose to fight. He was doing a lot unconvincing showboating and trying to twist and turn around the ring like some kind of 19st Prince Naseem. Also at the end of the fight I got the impression that the ref gave the fight to Sprott because he'd got fed up of Williams taking the piss.

There is always been a lot said by Williams himself and those around him about the problems he has dealing with the pressure, I think against Sprott he was trying a bit hard to convince himself that he was confident.

Nearly 18st 12lbs (he was 18st 11lbs and 14 ounces). He came in at a career heaviest in his last fight against Augustin N'Gou (18st 12 1/2lbs). Tyson's current best weight is around 16st. He was close to that three weeks ago.

Yeah, this is why I get fed up with Williams. Though I didn't Sprott/Williams three coz fornicating allegedly took it to Sky when all the build up and the first two fights were on BBC, half the time he acts like he is Muhammad Ali and thinks he is going to win it anyway, I think Sin Simil Sam showed him how average he was, and after that bullcrap victory against Sprott in their second fight, and then losing to him in the third drained his confidence. I think he has none left at all at the minute, which is why he was starting again somewhat.

I understood why he took the Tyson fight -his biggest payday by far and serious international exposure comes with it. (None of this going over to America to fight Shawn Robinson, and then boasting when Audley does it coz he got their first). But I think it might be too soon for him.
