Our guys love the new high black Jordan Air Force High and the zip-up Nike Macomai Pacquio's. Both are extremely light but still offer support.adaboxer150 wrote:i know it aint got really nothing to do with boxing kinda sorta.

Re: best boxing shoes
yea but everybody has different tastes.im sure alot of people like the roy jones jordans. :)
Re: best boxing shoes
They felt too heavy for me
Re: best boxing shoes
The Roy Jones Jordans give alot of support. They are kind of a cross between a basketball shoe and a boxing shoe. I never felt they were too heavy.

I like the jordans...like the one's they give to finalist at nationals.
They come apart easy but they're real comfortable to box in.

I'll never forget the day you got your navy blue ones. I had worn the black for some time, and when you got those, man you were so excited! Too bad I still whipped you that day.LRSJ wrote:The Roy Jones Jordans give alot of support. They are kind of a cross between a basketball shoe and a boxing shoe. I never felt they were too heavy.

Re: best boxing shoes
Our guys say new black on black Jordan highs are very comfortable too. More like the USA Jordan brand than the previous Jordan shoe . .
Re: best boxing shoes
the USA Jordan boxing shoe isn't that bad, the hole in the back by the ankle is just stupid though. It pushing in on your ankle. I don't like it.

what are "blitz" shoes?
where can i get some mizunos?
Re: best boxing shoes
Right now I use the Nike Speedsweep VI. It's actually a wrestling shoe, but works well for boxing because it offers good ankle support, even for a low design shoe. Quite a few pros use them including Humberto Soto, Alfredo Angulo and Logan McGuinness.
