Guzman might be out for trying for IBF title, they only tend to rate fighters who are available for the title. Based on their last ratings, he'd probably be 4 behind Prescott, DeMarco and Peterson, although Peterson hasn't boxed in 8-9 months, so he might go above him. 3-4 would be fair enough.
