another great find Ian - its a crazy, bonkers, 'only in boxing' sort of story..

I remember Tim Anderson as a journeyman who did the rounds in the late 80s early 90s and I also remember the farcical attempt to turn MArk Gastineau into a fighter..

Somehow I missed this story of poisoning and deceipt, however. Sounds a great read

Now you come to mention it, I do vaguely remember this lunatic Parker...will have to get hold of a copy.

This is an excellent book, really well written with some highly dubious characters, definitely worth a purchase
