Johnny Lewis was 61 when he was awarded the OAM on Australia Day, 2006.
I think you will find this birthday is his 65th. Ray Warren was talking about it on the Friday Night Rugby League broadcast.

happy birthday to maybe our best conditioner, lewis,s champions had everything when johnny got hold of them and then a couple of them were hand fed to get a share of a title or a nothing title

You might want to correct the article/interview - For the record, Johnny Lewis has trained 6 individual World Champions.
