I'd actually put Midget Wolgast at number 2 of that group. Deceptively low ko pct, but he really busted some guys up. Great little fighter.

Ray Miller was a helluva fighter also.

I think this really shows how one statistic can be very misleading in boxing. At first glance it may appear that fighter with this many losses was mediocre at best. However, there are several good fighters and a few greats who had atleast 30 losses.
It goes to show that you have to look several factors when evaluating a fighter, such as competition,the stage of a fighter's career, and of course his wins.
