John "Buster" Keaton to fight for English title

Not exactly sure how he keeps getting these shots, he is hardly an active fighter, and hasn't really beaten anyone of note. Seems to pop up to have occassional fights, usually for a title.

His last wins were Swaby (2006) and Paul Bonson (2003, 2004)
