Richard 'Dick' Cotten -- Rochester

ROCHESTER -- Services for Richard "Dick" Cotten will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Homestead United Methodist Church in Rochester, with the Rev. Becky Jo Thilges officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Cotten, 75, of Rochester, died of natural causes Friday at his home.
He was born July 11, 1933, in Dodge County. He married Marlene Weathery on Dec. 15, 1951, in Kasson. He had lived in Rochester since 1951, and Kasson before that. He was a carpenter and drove truck for Mayflower. Mr. Cotten was a Navy veteran and a member of American Legion Post No. 92 and the VFW. He was a Golden Gloves boxer and boxed professionally.
