Arturo Godoy record

Hi,
I´m Andres, editor from Chile. And i have the next question:
who is the first fight in the record of chilean heavyweight Arturo Godoy?
This because i found a contradiction:
According to the Chilean boxing federation web http://www.fechibox.cl site the Godoy debut was in "December 21 of 1930 with HUMBERTO GONZÁLEZ from Peru, win by points ".
but in the sports secretary of Chile web site: http://www.chiledeportes.cl/biblioteca/ ... _Godoy.htm
debut against Peter Johnson from Peru, and won by KO.
Some one have the correct information?

Michel Gladu did a search of a Chilean newspaper and found that Godoy's first fight was with Peter Johnson on December 21, 1930. Is it possible that Johnson and Gonzalez are the same person?

I found in a records book of Chilean Boxing Federation the first bout of Arturo Godoy and other fights in Chile (3). Humberto Gonzalez is the birthname of "Peter Johnson", peruvian fighter.

While I was doing some research in Peru I found a newspaper article about Peter Johnson aka Humberto Gonzalez; The article was from the late 40s after Johnson had retired and mentioned the fact that he had faced Godoy early in his career... Andres's superb research has now confirmed this.
