It means that two of them had it a draw while the 3rd judge had one of the fighters winning

It can mean a majority draw. The wording may need changed but it can mean that two judges scored the bout a draw and the third for either fighter.

I know what a majority decision is. But it is listed as a draw, it says D on the far right. When underneath in the details it says Majority Decision, it has to be one or the other.

It's a majority draw, but I agree it's a bit confusing to call it majority decision.
