I don't know for a fact mate but if it's Neil Perkins the Brum heavyweight you mean, I'm pretty sure he started late, yes. only had something like 10 ama fights. nice lad is Neil, hasn't had a fight in a while I don't think (he's 2-0 or 3-0 isn't he?)
