Ricky was never at any point going to give Junior a shot.
Sadly, Junior has played straight into his hands of late, thus justifying his decision.
Ricky will never ever say he avoided him - but that's exactly what he did.
:confused: How has Witter play into his hands of late? :shame: By losing to Bradly? :roll:
Why has Hatton avoided Bradley or even Judah who also beat Witter?
Why does he keep fighting puffed up Lightweights?
Why didn't he honor his own contract to fight Witter?
Then after that, he said Witter had to win a major title;
Why didn't he fight him when Jr won the WBC title?

Nobody has forgotten Mike McCallum who Leonard & Hearnes avoided;
and Witter will be remembered as the fighter Ricky Hatton avoided.
That-will-always-be-part-of Hatton's-legacy! :TU:
