IS A TD REGISTERED AS A KO

There is a discrepancy between records used by the media. Is there an acknowledged agreement on the use of career KO victories in a boxer's record? Is a Technical Decision registered as a Knockout win? Is NC registered as the 4th column after win-lose-draw and no contest?

Isn't a TD a technical draw? Such as a head-butt gash early in the scrap?

Depends on the commission/body, it can be a Technical Decision ie. a stopage win or a Technical Draw

Technical Decision win is a bout that goes to the scorecards, thus it should be grouped with other decisions. It is definitely not a Knockout.
