It seems to be almost guaranteed , Ive been reading on an Irish forum and they are sure its going ahead and theres a couple of boxing writers that post there.

Mc Closkey on points

Difficult to call as Witter is on the come back trail and is still an excellent fighter. McCloskey is on the way up and I think it is a great fight for him if it gets made. If McCloskey wins it would be a great scalp at this stage in his career

i really like McCloskey but think witter will have to much for him if McCloskey does take the fight it shows great ambition and it would not be the end of the world for him if he loses a close decsion
