Klitschko v Haye ticket info

Post by Shirow »

There is a bizarre pricing policy with no tickets between €49 & €490

Prices are
€24 for standing tickets e.g block N3 (cream)
€39 for upper tier seats e.g block 52 (blue)
€49 for lower tier tickets e.g block P (blue)

Then the seats on the pitch will be €490 for the outer ringside and €650 for inner ringside.

I'm going to work out my request tonight, any input will be welcome. I haven't asked about any booking/admin fees yet but they don't sound too flexible from speaking to them so far.

I'm off to the gym now so won't be able to answer any questions until later tonight.

I'm looking at the 39 or 49 euro seats, definitely 2 of us going, poss more... PM me with how much they'll set me back through Queensbury. I'd rather be in a Brit section.

Will this fight sell out the whole stadium? I find it hard to believe, although obviously I hope it does. What do people think?

Jesus, what a weird pricing structure.

Will have to be the 49 euro seats I would imagine. I dont fancy paying 490 euro just to sit at pitch level.

Maybe try to get a block allocation in the 49 euro section???

I'm confused. These sites have cheaper ringside seats, but more expensive lower tier seats.

Screw the ringsides...

You'll get there and in front of you will be the 'true' ringside packed with German tv celebs and nobodies, all blocking your view.

I purchased Row A ringsides for a Warren show and got there and there was about 16 rows in front of me - i was f******* furious.

Besides, if the ring is on an elevated platform, your view will be dreadful anyway.

Hmmm. Well it was the Klitschko management company that first gave me those ticket prices a while ago and i didn't believe them thinking that the Arena hadn't finished the seating plan. So i spoke to the head of ticket sales at the Arena today and he gave me exactly the same information.

I kept asking the question in different ways to make sure it wasn't a language problem - 'Are there no tickets that cost more than €49 & less than €490?, Are there only 5 different ticket prices?, What if people want to buy tickets for as much as €300?' etc

Maybe the pitch seats are going to be for German corporate groups & sponsors who we see on tv paying very little attention to the boxing and they're not interested in selling them. It will be a shame if there is a big empty no mans land between the stands and the pitch seats similar to the photo.

I'll email the worldticketshop link to them and see what they say. Besides that i'll ask to reserve a bunch of the €49's.

I've received confirmation of a big block reservation in block O. They will be sending me row and seat numbers a little later.

Everyone who wants €49 seats post here and let me know who you want to be sat with.

(Emerson i've got your fancy schmancy seat reserved too, plus a few extras)
