Apparently Froch is bang on the money for this fight, no major injuries, excellent conditioning and timing.
Worth a punt.

I think it's been very technical sparring, rather than blood and guts, but will find out a bit more when I speak to Carl.
He sparred some Light heavies too out there.

I think you are right. I think we thought the guy in the bottom right was Demers - but he looks to small to be him.

Perhaps it's just a team mate then - i wasnt sure it was Demers..
The other guy with goatee thats Cotton-McGuiness (i think thats his name?)
